Open communication is critical to our mutual success; we will supply monthly recaps of our activity with you so you can look back on your issues and solutions in the future. Any problems or concerns raised by clients are important and encouraged. If we cannot resolve that issue or concern within a reasonable timeframe, you can end our twelve month agreement and decline our last monthly invoice.
