Bob is a Human Resources Generalist who has over 35 years of experience in the field.  His background includes a wide range of hands-on HR practices in a variety of industries and all areas of human resource management. He has had many articles published in many HR related trade journals and has been cited in a number of trade publications including The Business Journal. For the last 12 years, Bob has facilitated a class for HR professionals preparing for the PHR/SPHR certification exam with an 80% pass rate for first time test takers during that time.
